Anita Beauregard is a seasoned instructor with years of experience training healthcare and emergency responders. She has trained thousands of students in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR, equipping them with life-saving skills through engaging, hands-on instruction. Certified by the American Red Cross, Health & Safety Institute and American Heart Association (faculty instructor) Anita combines real-world expertise with a passion for teaching to empower individuals and organizations to respond confidently in emergencies.
