  • The American Heart Association's Heartcode Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) program is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and manage cardiopulmonary arrest, acute arrhythmias, and other medical emergencies. ACLS is an advanced course that builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR, and high-performance team dynamics. Requires the purchase of HeartCode ACLS online portion from AHA (sold separately). A digital student manual is included with your purchase from AHA.
  • ACLS is geared towards healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies or personnel in emergency response. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
  • NOTE: The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
  • Please try to arrive at class 10 minutes early to check-in.
  • Class Location: 100 Commercial Circle, Building A, 2nd Floor, Conroe, Texas 77304 (FM 2854 1 Mile West of the Conroe Central Library. Across the street from SRM Concrete formerly Yancy Concrete). While the building is handicap accessible, the training center is on the second floor. If you need accommodations for stairs please reach out.
  • You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. You may need to bend, stand, lift, and work on your hands and knees.

I've taken a lot of BLS classes over the years, and this one is hands down the best! I've been renewing with her for the last two cycles and have enjoyed every class. I even had my grandparents take it since they'd be helping with a new baby at home. You’ll walk away from her class feeling confident and with the knowledge that could save a life. She takes the class seriously, and it’s well organized, easy to follow, fun and engaging. The scheduling and payment process is super convenient, and you get your certification card the same day! Anita was fabulous! She helped build my confidence for practice in the need of a real life emergency situation. She acknowledges where you are strong in the class but guides you where there can be improvement. You aren't rushed at all and I could not recommend her enough!!! I have now taken 2 BLS courses with Anita- Anita is an excellent instructor and does a fantastic job making sure the entire class understands the content and leaves as competent knowledgable BLS certified healthcare workers!
