Rules for Class Postings

  1. You will receive a link to the Excel spreadsheet we use to format the software. You may convert it to Google Sheets if needed.
  2. You must have a set weekly schedule for days/times of classes. Changes can be made but only with a new submitted spreadsheet.
  3. National Holiday blackouts are automatically generated unless you specify a Holiday that you are teaching classes.
  4. The completed spreadsheet must be received before the 25th of the month for the upcoming month. The spreadsheet can be emailed to Todd@SafetyCheckServices.com. 
  5. You must have a physical location where classes are held.
  6. We allow one physical location per Zip Code. Subscribing with us reserves that Zip Code and all adjacent Zip Codes that physically touch your primary Zip Code boundaries for your business. We reserve the right to reopen the Zip Codes to other businesses should you fail to maintain your subscription in good standing.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel your account and postings are found to have been dishonest or you fail to adhere to your certifying organizations’ guidelines.
  8. We further reserve the right to confirm with students that classes were held as scheduled or a reasonable reschedule was made. Reschedules cannot be made to a location other than the physical location you have posted unless the student has reason for a new location.
